Foundations lasts two weeks and includes one FIT session. Functional Pathway lasts four weeks, expands the resources, and includes two FIT sessions in total. Integrated lasts eight weeks, includes four FIT sessions in total, and incorporates a closing HIA™ reassessment.
Yes, the pathways are organized progressively. If you want to continue after Foundations or Functional Pathway, you can inquire about enrollment in the next level. Any upgrade arrangements and pricing should be confirmed before you proceed.
